Travel Arrangements
We are happy to make any necessary arrangements for our out of town patients. If you need a hotel reservation, car arrangements, a ride from the airport or anywhere in the area, we are glad to accomodate in any way we can. Our patients are the number one person in our office.
We are proud to say that we see only one patient at a time. Our office does not overbook or crowd people in . We are consistently allow extra time for every patient. We book extended appointments so that you don't have to keep coming back to the office.
Our office offers RELAXATION TECHNOLOGY
We offer sleep sedation where medication is given to you that puts you to sleep and when you wake up your dental work is completed. If you do not want to be asleep, we offer light sedation where you are dozing in and out of sleep. In both types of sedation, you will have no memory of going to the dentist. This type of procedure usually helps the dental phobic.
Complete Care, Comfort & Convenience
We are committed to providing the most complete dental care available in Los Angeles and we will not make you wait in our office. If you have to wait more than 15 minutes, you will receive a free cleaning.
In our office we have a refreshment center where you can have coffee, tea, soda, wine and other items. We have high-speed internet service in our waiting room and throughout the treatment rooms for your use to check your e-mail or other needs.

Payment Plans
We have several different financial monthly payment plans to enable most every person to proceed with their treatment. Most payment plans have fast approval over the telephone from Dental Fee, Care Credit, Bencharge and Unicom. There are some plans that have rates as low as 0%. These companies specialize in helping patients with larger dental cases to receive the treatment they want. There is no prepayment penalty. We can help you arrange the credit from our office. Payments are as low as $50.00 per month.
Insurance
We will assist you in maximizing your dental insurance benefit by completing your claim forms at no extra charge. We will inform you of your dental benefits before any treatment is done. The claims will be transmitted via computer modem before the end of the treatment day. We do this as a courtesy for you. You will be asked to pay your co-payment which will be determined at the time of treatment or during your consultation.
This co-payment is only an estimate based on the information that the insurance company gives us. Many insurance plans cover 100% of basic dental services with most insurance plans covering 80% to as little as 30% for treatment. This amount is determined by what type of benefit package your employer has purchased. Some plans base the amount of benefit on a schedule of fees arbitrarily developed by insurance companies. For this reason, you may receive a lower level indicated in your dental plan. For example, if your plan states that it will pay 80% of the cost of a specific treatment, it means 80% of the fee arbitrarily determined by the insurance company and not the actual fee charged by our office. The financial obligation for dental treatment is between you and our office. The insurance company is responsible to you, and not to our office. The ultimate responsible party is you. You must pay any balance not paid by the insurance company.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
